Brève description : Toronto's Street Needs Assessment is the result of a collaboration of community agencies, individuals, City Divisions and provincial ministries and contains information on the service needs of the city's homeless.
The report outlines the results and key indicators from a street-level survey conducted on April 19th 2006; wherein people who were homeless had a chance to make their voices heard.
